Back in those days if there were no “reliable hotel routes,” it was hard for any company to ensure a timely and prompt arrival.
We noticed this problem 10 years ago and have since spent the entire time fixing it. As technology got better, we became masters of the shuttle transportation industry. FLORIDA SHUTTLE SERVICES has pioneered its own system software that allows for booking which is both fast and easy for the customer while minimizing downtime and over-booking. We like to provide our customers with the comfort they deserve. Other shuttle services have vans with vinyl seating. We do not believe in this because we hate when the seats stick to our skin and we don’t think you should be subjected to such displeasure. We also have private shuttle vans with plush seating and carpeting, ensuring a quiet and comfortable ride. This is what sets us apart from all the other airport transportation companies in Florida because they cut corners and do not pay specific attention to detail. We do.
Every single day our vehicles are cleaned with a fine toothed comb to meet our customer’s standards. A lot of the attention we focus on when cleaning are things we think you, the customer, will most enjoy: steam-cleaned comfy seats, squeaky-clean windows, and seat belts that are easily found and work properly. To top all this off, all of our vehicles are held to a higher standard with regard to maintenance. Every day our vans go through a rigorous 25-point check to ensure everything is functionally working properly. Many of our drivers are trained in auto-mechanics too, so in the very slight chance something does happen, we already have someone there, on-site, to fix it. We have AAA and other drivers on call to pick you up and bring you to your destination immediately if such unfortunate events occur.

With regard to people who are only visiting in the area, we know that you may not know your way around, so it is our duty to make sure you know where you are going and will talk to you along the whole way to make sure you get around exactly as you need.
The training we give our drivers include teaching them alternate ways to get around if traffic is too clogged or the road starts to become congested we know alternate routes to go.
